Custom Tourniquets and Special Orders

Delfi has the ability to develop, design, manufacture and supply tourniquet cuffs and instruments for a wide variety of special applications. To date, Delfi has supplied specialty products and custom tourniquet products for the following.

• Surgery on the limbs of very large patients, having limb circumferences ranging between 40 inches to 58 inches
• Hand surgery, including special tourniquet cuffs for the forearm and fingers
• New surgical procedures being developed, for example elbow implant surgery using a custom narrow tourniquet cuff
• Orthopaedic studies, for example relating to the non-invasive diagnosis of compartmental pressure syndrome
• Anesthesia reseach, in the areas of pain management and intravenous regional anesthesia
• Animal research, including surgical studies and treatment
• Military and pre-hospital emergency use
